Vacancy available: system formwork carpenter (England)

Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in West Northamptonshire, England. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Full-time with occasional weekends.
