Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Skagit County, Washington. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
