Escalator technician • Converse County, Wyoming

We are recruiting: we are hiring an escalator technician in Converse County, Wyoming. The job is on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics 2+ years on the tools preferred.
