You will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
