Head baker — Maiha

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Maiha, Adamawa State. You will work at a cake shop. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer ₦120,000 per month plus benefits.
