Plant operator — Stephens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Stephens County, Georgia. The role involves: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Rotating shifts.
