Join our team: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Union County, Kentucky. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits The role involves carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins.
