Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Sterling County, Texas. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Rotating shifts.
