Dish pit attendant — Agege

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Agege, Lagos State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
