Dough maker — Bogoro

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Bogoro, Bauchi State. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift.
