Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in Lake County, Illinois. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg You will apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
