Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Egbado South, Ogun State. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
