Powder coating line operator — Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Johnson County, Texas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $8,500 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
