Production machine operator — Lyon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production machine operator in Lyon County, Nevada. The role involves set up and start the machine as per the job card; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
