Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Paulding County, Georgia. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
