Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Jerome County, Idaho. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred.
