Dough maker — Webb County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Webb County, Texas. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
