We are recruiting: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Greater London, England. Your main tasks: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day £2,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
