Bread baker — Rafi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Rafi, Niger State. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
