Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
