Powder coating line operator — Isi-Uzo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Isi-Uzo, Enugu State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦75,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
