Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operator in Hardee County, Florida. The role involves: • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use Six days a week, one day off.
