In-process quality controller • Vigo County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Vigo County, Indiana. The job is at a food processing unit. Day to day you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
