Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly technician in Benton County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Careful handling of tools and components The role involves: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Six days a week, one day off.
