Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Union County, Pennsylvania. The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Full-time with occasional weekends.
