Halal butcher — Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Washington County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
