Powder spray gun operator — Sully County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Sully County, South Dakota. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Six days a week, one day off.
