Argon welder wanted in Dewey County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Dewey County, South Dakota. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
