Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Wase, Plateau State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium 3+ years on the tools preferred.
