Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Schley County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
