Immediate opening: plant operator (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Surry County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
