Production machine operator — Marshall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Marshall County, Kansas. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. What we are looking for: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Your main tasks: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Set up and start the machine as per the job card Full-time with occasional weekends.
