Stitching operator — Gunnison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stitching operator in Gunnison County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 5+ years on the tools preferred.
