Oven operator — Dyer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Dyer County, Tennessee. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
