Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Wright County, Minnesota. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
