Glazing assistant — Caroline County

Join our team: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Caroline County, Virginia. The role involves seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; replace cracked or broken window panes; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film. Ideal candidate: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Able to cut glass accurately to size We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
