ACP cladding fabricator — Clarke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an ACP cladding fabricator in Clarke County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Day to day you will fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
