Power press operator — Waseca County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power press operator in Waseca County, Minnesota. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Full-time with occasional weekends.
