Rigger — Schley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Schley County, Georgia. Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit.
