Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
