Vacancy available: port container crane operator (Wales)

Now hiring: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Monmouthshire, Wales. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
