Sample machinist — Atchison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sample machinist in Atchison County, Missouri. The job is in a textile and apparel unit. On the job you will handle: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
