Paint booth operator — Kaduna South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Kaduna South, Kaduna State. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
