Join our team: we are hiring a tile mason in Providence County, Rhode Island. You should have: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Day to day you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
