Machine setter-operator • Milam County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Milam County, Texas. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Your main tasks: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter 2+ years on the tools preferred.
