We are recruiting: we are hiring an ironing operator in Tift County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Rotating shifts.
