The role involves: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
