Pot washer • Lawrence County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Lawrence County, Ohio. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
