Machine operator wanted in Coventry

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Coventry, England. You will work in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
