The role involves: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
